Q: What if I cannot find a product that I am looking for in your online store?
A: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to source it for you or make a recommendation for an equally great product!
Q: What if an item I am looking for is out of stock?
A: Most of our products can be re-ordered fairly quickly, if it is a purchase with a time crunch on it, please email us at email@example.com to let us know and we will try our best to get the items out to you as soon as possible.
Q: What if I am unsure about what products to buy and need some advice?
A: Feel free to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions you may have about our products ( *Check out the product descriptions for some information on the benefits of each product!* ). In case we cannot answer your question right away, we can offer a complimentary 5 minute phone consultation with Dr. Alex to give you a more in depth explanation, or a 15 minute more in depth consultation (for $15).
Q: I know someone who would benefit from some chiropractic care and I would like to pay for a visit for them to come and see the Doctor! How can I do that?
A: You can buy them a gift card! An initial visit at the office (which includes a consultation, spinal scan, examination and adjustment/treatment) is $150, but for anyone purchasing it on our online store, we will offer a complimentary consultation (a value of $30), making the complete initial visit $120!
